This policy explains which personal data Lemanus collects on lemanus.ch, why, and what your rights are, in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Data collected through the waiting list

When you join the waiting list, we receive:

• your e-mail address (required);
• your first name (optional);
• the sticker version you chose and the approximate quantity;
• the language of the page (French or English), so we can write to you in your language.

Purpose

This data is used only to let you know when Lemanus stickers are available and to estimate the size of the first batch. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form and then confirming your sign-up through the confirmation e-mail. You can withdraw it at any time.

Service provider and storage location

The website and the waiting list are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva. Data is stored in Switzerland. To protect the form against bots, an automatic check (Altcha) provided by Infomaniak is used: it works without cookies and does not collect identifying data.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Fonts are hosted on our own server. Like any host, Infomaniak keeps technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) for security purposes, for a limited period.

Retention

Your data is kept until you unsubscribe or until the sticker project ends, and is then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data by writing to info@lemanus.ch. Every Lemanus e-mail also contains an unsubscribe link. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
